I only work 4 days, so today: drove to Homosassa to see my brand new grandson. All nine pounds, 10 ounces of him!

Saturday: Lighthouse day at Anclote Key. We'll have the light open all day for those that want to climb.

Sunday: Church in the AM, grillin' and chillin' in the afternoon. No fishing this weekend....

Well, looks like it's gonna be a car weekend....install rebuilt head on 1275 midget. Work on intake and Weber carb. Clean up engine compartment...TR-3 project on back burner. When o when can I boat again???...That was directed to Momma, her MG is getting the head work and carb....

Picked up material for new gunnels today.

Cut out old gunnels. Opened first bottle of wine.

Neighbors came over with fresh wahoo, phin , bft & corn. Opened second bottle of wine.

Grilled and ate fish. Drinking third bottle of wine. Next one is chilling.

Tomorrow (late) installing new gunnels. Maybe hooking up with scarabchris for led lights under gunnel.

Going to LasOlas river front for dinner tomorrow.

In New Jersey it's 88 degrees all weekend. We are in the water, stripers in Raritan Bay and maybe run off shore for some blackfish. If the bluefish show up there will be a lot of fun. I'm feeling reel sick for Monday. May have to take the day off.

Cancelled kayakas today - too windy and choppy for our area. Try again tomorrow.

Invited to a big gala function tonight, they will have "virtual fishing" contest! That will be interesting.

I cancelled fishing today too. The weather's great, but I didn't get my projects done last night, so I decided to stay home & finish today....now I'm planning to just go to the lake tomorrow & see if I can get a few crappie in the boat and offshore next weekend.

Wifes Birthday, so no fishing this weeK-end. (Windy anyhow) Went down to Chokoloskee last weekend and fishing is really starting to pick up down there. Can't wait to get back when water is a little warmer.
