Looking For Opinions

I'm still experimenting with logo designs for my website....here are the two I like best so far. Which one do you guys like better?

I like both but, I think I like the 2nd one better because its smaller and gets the point across.

#2 by far. The first is way too busy. All of those fish are too distracting.

I find both of them difficult to read. The first one is too busy and the second one, not sure if it is the font, colors, or shadowing (or a combination of all three) but I find it difficult to read.

Thanks, guys....Looks like I'm going w/ #2....that's the way I was leaning anyway, but I showed my wife & she said she didn't like the "W" in that one, so I thought I'd seek other opinions.

I looked at your site, but I didn't see any similarity, beyond the blue background....did I miss something?

I like the first one. Granted, it is too busy, but #2 was too hard to read, so to me they are kind of equal in that regard. But #1 is more attractive and attention-getting. I say improve on that one.
