  1. What they are doing to you is pure BS based on that reading. You may want to oolitely remind them that they can be held personally liable for their "mis-interpetation" of the HOA restrictions. I live in one of my own sub-divisions that is subject to an HOA - well, all but one lot Care to guess which lot is exempt
  2. Celebrity deaths happen in 3's Ed McMahon Farah Fawcett Michael Jackson BUT . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Billy Mays - he threw in the fourth one absolutely free. RIP Billy.
  3. You did tha last year - only one weak too early.
  4. If it aint broke, don't fix it. Run that 200 til she won't run no more. By your own admission you doubt you will kill that engine in your lifetime - why give up that relaibility for an unknown?
  5. I boycott Google. Bing is my new search engine of choice.
  6. My e-mail says that I have a new PM, however, there is no new PM in my PM inbox?
  7. My report pretty much mirrors that of Blitzen. The Striper bite has slowed with the Blues dominating the North end of the bay. Some spotty reports of keepers caught of of Ohio Ledge with tube and worm as well.
  8. I think it is a combination of things. I think all the brands have come a long way with theri products. However, at the same time, I think we are seeing people move away from outboards for efficiency and technology reasons. Although the sample size is small, I know of several people that have switched from outboards to single diesels for efficiency. At the same time, I know of plenty that have switched to gass inboards because they are less technologically advanced and people do not need to call MIT when they need service. Just my casual observations on the matter.
  9. Super Bowl? You need to focus on a 500 season first. The EAGLES ONLY offesnive threat has not only hit the ceiling age of RB's, but juts had ankle surgery. Another long and painful year in Philly again. Go PATS!
  10. Either McNab has incriminating pictures of the EAGLES management, or they are the dumbest in all of professional sports. The EAGLES yet again reward mediocrity. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4252717
  11. When I was about 17 I was working for a roofer. We were doing a new construction job, but some materials where delivered that could not get wet. At the end of the day, the owner told us that if it looked like the forecasted storms were going to materialize, he would call us to come put the tarps on. Later on we got the call, and as we got there the skies opened up with T storms, hail, wind etc. Watching 5 of us try to put a tarp on the roof would have been prime youtube material I am sure. Two of us fell off the roof (including me), another fell, was sliding off and fell through a skylight opening, and one of the tarps ended up blowing away to god knows where. In the end, the owner siad to us, you know we should have covered the roof before we left, or we should have roofed the section that was covering the area where the materials were stored. I recon this to what the Wizard did - it made absolutely no sense, but nobody questioned it at the time.
  12. Another great show last night. I realize it is easy to arnchair QB, but really, did Capt. Keith honestly think his crew would be able to deploy the tarp in those conditions? All I could picture was a giant spinnaker being deployed. Glad everyone turned out safe, but to me the Wizard really seems to push the envelope sometimes.
  13. I could care less what goes on in a North Korean prison.
  14. The Eagles best, check that, ONLY offensive threat is about to undergo ankle surgery.
  15. So I thought, but the 1/2" ratchet will not bite - on any of them.
  16. What is the best tool to remove the plugs on a Crusader manifold in order to attach the hose fittings?
  17. I cannot find the toruque specs for the manifolds annd the risers. Anyone?
  18. Personally I would just knock it over with my excavator, really do not see why we need all this engineering and stuff.
  19. http://reelboating.com/forums/?showtopic=1439 If you can carry the mortgage by yourself, you should apply that way given the credit scores. Otherwise, the lenders will risk adjust your rate based on her credit score. Your 15 years with Chase means nothing. Ask for referrals in your area for a quality mortgage broker. Be prepared when you speak to them that you know the process. Present them with the following in a neat fashion. Your full name Current address and lenght of time at this address SSN Place of employment - for at least the last two years (show a full two years worth of work history if more than one employer) Years at place of employemnt Title at place of employment Monthly Gross salary Copies of your most recent paystubs for two months Copies of your last two years W2's (assuming you are not self employed) Copies of your last three months bank statements - all accounts. Be prepared to explain any deposits that do not fit your employment and credit profile A listing of your known obligations and monthly payment (car loans, student loans, etc.) This will be firmed up with the credit report, however, if you present it now you will show you know the process The above will get the process kicked off in a smooth fashion. In this market, with a 745 score, you should be looking at a rate of 4.75% - 4.875% with zero points.
  20. Okay, what is everyones report from the long weekend? I, unfortunately, was dockside as I need to fix an exhaust leak!
