I've got a twin diesel IB, no kill switches. The ignition circuits are powered through two toggle type circuit breakers next to to the key switches. Is there a way to rig this so that it "pushes" the breakers to the off position?

Yes, it can be done. They make a special interrupt switch for your application. You should call A/T to confirm the p/n that you'll need.
