Opinions on a 95 Luhrs 32 Open

I was looking at what appears to be a well maintained 1995 32' Luhrs Open. Was wondering if anybody has one or has any opinions. I've already read David Pascoe's review.

Stay far away from what I've read!

Fished one a few times. Lots of squeaks and rattles. Pounds a good bit, quite wet.

I've got a little more time to explain what I mean by staying away. I have read "somewhere else" about a lot of problems with just about everything on the boat. Be very careful! Evidently there are a lot of them sitting and the owners can't get rid of them. I myself would see if I could use the powerplants or generators or whatever else you could use on another hull. In other words pure salvage pricing. I myself have not read David's review, what did he say?

Pascoe thought it was fairly well built with the money spent where it needs to be, like beefy stringers, etc, with cost cutting in areas less important, like above waterline hardware.

With similar boats like the 30 Pursuit Express or Offshore that can be had for a little bit more money, that probably makes more sense.
