First - You're bucking a Federally mandated law

Second - It's the EPA you need to address

Third - It's Congress that approved it

Saying that "It's federally mandated" means nothing. If I were the lawyer for this case (I'm not) I would start with questioning the constitutionality of said "mandate".

Asking questions such as "Who delegated that power to the federal government?"

Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

It can affect any engine. Old school carb 2 stokes are experiencing stuck needle valves, newer high pressure direct injected engines are experiencing blown power heads due to lean conditions caused by malfunctioning fuel injectors, 4 strokes are experiencing fuel injector issues as well.

We put a lot of effort into this but people just did not seem to care about once everything was set up. Still have the website up with the letter to send but again after we got it done we could not get to people to join in.

In North Carolina they do not have to label the pumps so you do not know what you are buying unless you have a test kit. That was one of the goals was to have labeling at the pumps required.

The flag will take you to the site.
