Hit another speed bump today

Thought I had a deal all worked out

The sellor came back and said that he now wants $15K more than what he had verbally agreed to

I walked away from the boat

Will wait till this fall before looking again . . . want to enjoy this summer without looking for a boat

What the hell is wrong with people?? Doesn't the seller know the state of the used boat market right now? The broker should dump the seller as a client for this. Sorry Gus. Did you sell Mis-Behavin yet?

Miss-Be-Haven is not sold. I am down to the OBX next week for a few days to get a few things done and BW28 is bringing me fishing

I will be taking 6 to 8 weeks off this fall and will fish Miss-Be-Haven. Will start looking again after fishing this fall

Boat looked great....not so, the seller!

If there is a way to document in your overall writeup of what pitfall's you can experience when purchasing a boat without being acrimonious, I think this would be good grist for the mill.

This young man did the same thing over the 6 year old girl who caught a huge halibut we went back and forth and then his Dad got on just want to give a heads up to all . In my opinion.

Are you naive enough to think that was my dad?

If you don't want advice from someone who has ridden on Tiaras a few times (65 miles each way, every time I was on one) then don't listen to me.

Have you stepped in the cockpit of one to see how high it sits out of the water? Ever tried to release a fish from one?
