If there is a way to document in your overall writeup of what pitfall's you can experience when purchasing a boat without being acrimonious, I think this would be good grist for the mill. Now, I can imagine he might have been responding in that post, to the tone of the email he received after the fact. "am not going to state which boat it is until I have an accepted offer because I had a member of a boating forum do an end run and buy the boat I had found . . . the jerk even sent me an e-mail saying "thanks for finding my boat sucker" In any event I do look forward to hearing more details about this current vessel, sea trial, survey and hopefully positive outcome for all.
