I think there were 5 or 6 in the packs. About a pound per pack. I'm sure if you email Chris he can give you the details.

Received an order from Kurzweils Country Meats today! Arrived in a styrofoam dry ice packed cooler.

Got the regular smoked brats, jalapeno cheddar and the cheesesteak brats. Some smoked pork chops in there as well.

Plan on heating them up on Memorial Day weekend.

Quick review.

The smoked brats were good and "light". Could even be cooked up and sliced and served as appetizers - like you would cold sausage.

The Philly Cheese Steak Brats were my favorite. I cooked them a bit longer to make sure all the cheese melted inside. Great taste!

The Jalepeno brats are for next time!
