NC Boaters Want Pumps Labeled

Recommended Posts

I am researching the possibilities of changing the Ethanol Law in NC so retailers have to label the pumps and Marinas are NOT forced to sell Ethanol. This same law has been successfully changed in a few east coast states.

The process will be similar to the towing law change that WE NOT ONLY WON, BUT OVER TURNED THE GOVERNOR'S VETO.

Who's with me?

you bet I will

I'm In. The savings on the price per gallon is negated by the lower mpg on the E-10. I can tell a big difference in my truck. The problem as I see it is that is blended at the station not the distribution points. I would think it would be an advantage to a company like Trade or another big chain to advertise that they don't put ethanol in their gas. I have started adding Stabil for Ethanol every time I fill up on the boat.
