Our release anchor is an integral piece of your vessels safety equipment. The release system will disengage the chain from the pivot point allowing the anchor to be pulled out of the obstruction from the rear. This provides for a safe and efficient anchor by releasing as needed and reducing the chance for damaging reefs. For the overnighter, the release mechanism can be place into a mooring position which will convert the anchor to a traditional fixed anchor for the evening. Prior to our release anchor, a hung anchor would result in the loss of your time and money. No longer will you have to replace the lost rope, chain, and anchor.
