Free Charter and Captain Reports on ReelBoating?

I'm thinking about offering charter captains and guides a free area on ReelBoating to post their fishing reports and information.

In exchange I'd ask for a link back to RB from their individual website home page.

Some of these reports make for good informative reading and should help gain some more quality traffic to RB.

My question to forum viewers is how much should I break down the categories for this area?

Should they all be lumped in together? Maybe just by Region North, South, East, West etc.

I can't imagine sorting them all by state and I don't want them reported in the Regional Forums as I'll need to pre-moderate the reports before they are posted.

Thoughts?

Maybe something like,

Northeast / Mid- Atlantic / South / Gulf / West / Great Lakes,

might also be nice to have a pinned place up top for people to post bouy links for weather info and water temp. for each area.
