"No Problem" boated a Blue Marlin and is due at the scales around 2:00.

I wonder what made them think that fish would make weight? It was awfully skinny. At least it was legal by Fed. standards. A couple of years ago a boat brought one in that was under the legal size limit by fisheries standards. That was a problem.
