Stepping out on a limb here; based on "historical data", I anticipate that everything will go through, and that Gus will schedule a sea trial for next Wednesday. My source....

Great topic and I am sure there will lots of informative info discuss. I hope the boat you found works out for you, I know you have put quite a bit of work into it. What I can't believe is the fellow member who "stole" your boat then emailed you about it.

Thanks for the clarification, actually one of Gus's posts at the top of this page led me and obviously others, to believe otherwise.

Now, I can imagine he might have been responding in that post, to the tone of the email he received after the fact.

"am not going to state which boat it is until I have an accepted offer because I had a member of a boating forum do an end run and buy the boat I had found . . . the jerk even sent me an e-mail saying "thanks for finding my boat sucker"

In any event I do look forward to hearing more details about this current vessel, sea trial, survey and hopefully positive outcome for all.
