  1. We have 5 250 etecs and love them, all have around 2,000hrs and have needed nothing but srevices done to them. We are lucky though, we have a good dealer to do the service.
  2. Go to Cooper salvage, they don'T HAVE A 38', but they have a 34' with trip 300 mercs that runs. It needs to be rewired.

  4. Really cool, my brother is doing the same thing to a 1937 86' citation (ALICE). He has been on it for about 2 years. Keep the pics coming.
  5. The boat looks awesome. Still have my old 302 and still enjoy her every once in a while. She is a 1979 and my avatar is her. Once again, it looks great!!!
  6. Love it!! Have the trip. 250 e-tecs on my 35 and they have been bullet proof. Keep the pics coming.
  7. Watched the Freeman 33' coming in to Charleston this past weekend and it was very impressive. Planning on taking a demo ride soon.
  8. It is not a far drive to Georgetown and that is a great place to fish. Call Georgetown Landing Marina and they can hook you up. They have many great charter boats.
  9. I think it would be a good idea. Might learn something from another region which you normally wouldn't look at.
  10. Don't have the epirb, but we use our spot all the time. When we fish offshore we usually have 2 or 3 on board and functional. We also use the spot with our local water search and rescue.
  11. Just started to restore a 1969 mckee craft, may get some advice fro you. Already restored a 1979 scarab and it turned out great.

  13. Oh how true. Speaking of camaras, remember when kodak came out with the polaroid? That thing was bad a$$. At least until you had to buy more film or the flash bar.
  14. that is per engine We had ours serviced for around 380.00 per engine.
  15. I know I am going to catch hell for watching, but did any of you see her in "Dancing with the Stars" last night? My wife loves the show and Erin looked HOT!!!

  17. We have Optimax and E-Tecs as well as yamaha on our bay boat and I would definately recomend the E-Tecs. We do like them all, but the E-Tecs are my favorite.
  18. That is ashame, some of those boats were classics and can never be replaced.
