  1. Tim, in the second rig, what do you have over the eye of the single hook, heat shrink ??
  2. Concur with Fishinspot. That was either a SuperCobra or an Apache helicopter, can't be an AC-130. Same perspective on the targets throughout the video, can't be fixed wing.
  3. I like the Seloc manuals. They don't try to cover as many different motors as the Clymers, and the pictures/illustrations are better. Still not as good as the factory manuals, but a heck of a lot less money.. It is NOT hard to get parts for an '82 OMC product. Look on ebay, and go to iboats.com. I just got new coils and tune-up parts for my 4hp 1982 Rude on ebay for $52 delivered. Use the BRP website to identify part numbers and to view the exploded diagrams. That being said, the engine knock strongly suggests a rebuild or new powerhead is in your future. You might want to consider a different project.
  4. I am running pre-mix through a 10 micron filter on a 1979 Johnson 85 hp with zero problems.
  5. Welcome to the ReelBoating Forum Captain Crispy :)
