its my name.....boat name is "southern cross" which is somewhat amusing since its been on long island since new in 1970....4 or 5 owners....no one ever changed it.

i have a client that went from 10s of millions to nothing in the wink of an eye. there are 140 pages of names in very small print on the victims list. no way on the payback.

thanks for the post... i make a living manufacturing wood chips and the ones that dont heat the shop lay on the ground to rot. ive never had a problem but will certainly start paying attention. i have a bunch of boats sitting on them.

just a quick thought on shooting people. in this state it has to be in the house. property wont do. there is a fellow in jail right now as a result of a house defense where he shot the guy in the driveway. the theory is you can lock your door and call. always a last resort....but a good one if thats what the situation calls for.

invite him to go offshore fishing.... seriously....that has to be a pain....this person is going to wind up seriously hurt or dead eventually. you can only pick so many fights before someone fights back harder.
