I work a few blocks from RMS and so I go there frequently. Good prices and selection. They are always busy but once someone is helping you they take good care of you. I hope the "questionable" stuff is not true. Since the the charges were dropped I will continue to do busisness with them.

I pre-mix and have the 10 micron racor with no issues. Previous owner disabled the premix and my mechanic told me not to re-enable.

Been on a 25ft VX with twin 150's a few times and love the boat. Did not think they made a 23ft VX? Love the ride and amenities on the VX.

I took an on-line course last year. I am now taking the 10 night Power Squadron course with my son. He will be 14 soon and wants his card. I thought it best he take a live class.

As the parent of a teenager I know how frustrating parenting can be. That having been said, the safety of my boy is and always will be my life's first priority. That mother deserved her arrest and definately needs couseling. If in doubt, ask any parent whose child has been killed, raped, or is missing!!!!!!!

Garett, Not all Real Estate Brokers operate that way. I have always put my clients interests before my commission. If you do the right thing the money will follow. This way of doing business has allowed me to stay active during this market. I have clients calling me and referring me friends/family because they know I will fight for them and tell them to walk away if the transaction is not going their way. Just like in every line of work: there are great Realtors and there are terrible Realtors. One good thing that has come out of this terrible market is that the Realtors that did not get a lot of referall busines are now doing something else!! Just my $.02..........

I agree about slaesmen. I am a Real Estate Broker in Miami. You know the market is baaad down here(More than the normal bad). A couple of weeks ago I took a cash buyer out to see some properties. I called 12 agents and only got 8 call-backs. My message to them was that it was a cash buyer and still 4 out of 12 did not return my call. One of the that did in now under contract. I don't get it!
