My "new" 1987 Boston Whaler Revenge

Wow. I forgot about Wiley from THT, and actually haven't been on THT for a few years. As luck would have it, just as I was getting back into boating a bit, by buying this midwestern Whaler, I get an email soliciting me to sign up here. Pretty cool!

Anyways, here she is, my 1987 Boston Whaler Revenge 20WT with my big Johnson

Congrats! For a minute or two I wasn't sure if it was a Whaler, but then I saw the tiny sticker on the side!

HA! Yeah…. That sticker was original equipment. It will be going.

Funny thing, my neighbor has a 23' Wellcraft, and he and I have always had friendly "words" regarding all my BostonWhalers versus his lesser boats (PS I am kidding about lesser boats… this is just our running fake feud). I showed him pictures of the boat when I was negotiating, and he remarked about the stickers, and "do you have to keep the stickers?" I told him yes, but that I would make him stickers for his boat that said "Non-Whaler"
