In a continuing effort to bring boating & fishing consumers and vendors together, ReelBoating will allow APPROVED marine vendors the right to post in the main Boat Forum area.

VENDORS: To become an approved vendor and make your posts, comments, replies regarding your product and services please contact <a href="mailto:sales@reelboating.com?subject=Please Send Vendor Info">WILEY</a>

FORUM MEMBERS - Approved ReelBoating Vendors will have the word Vendor in red under their username. If a poster in a marine related industry is making an ad post or responding about their product without being an approved vendor then please report them.

ATTENTION MARINE VENDORS

Reel Boating prides itself on allowing open but civil discussion on a variety of boating and fishing topics. Over the years I have heard from many people from the marine industry (merchants, product developers, builders etc) who wish to discuss their products or services on web forums without the risk of being accused of spamming or advertising for free. ReelBoating.com will be allowing those in the marine industry an opportunity to promote their products and services to the vast amount of forum users, while maintaining an approved and controlled forum environment. Vendors and merchants who advertise on ReelBoating are welcome to do so but must follow pour basic pre-set posting guidelines designed to keep this advertising venue effective, and controllable.

What are the guidelines for Vendors who are approved to post to this forum?

Advertiser Qualifications:

• There is a small monthly fee Advertisers must pay to post to the Forum.
  
• In order to participate you must first be a licensed authorized product dealer, store owner or the actual manufacturer of the product you are promoting. If you are advertising a service, you must be licensed, insured and properly permitted to offer the service you promote. If we receive notification that you are not authorized to sell the products you promote, your participation in the ReelBoating Forum will be revoked without notice or refund.
  
• This forum was designed for advertising of boating and fishing items and/or products from manufacturers, builders, retailers etc. If you are unsure if your business qualifies then please email ReelBoating for approval.

FORUM MEMBERS INTERACTION WITH APPROVED REELBOATING MARINE VENDORS

Please be aware that as a forum user you will be exposed to advertising by approved marine industry vendors. The majority of Forum users welcome this type of service so they can learn about helpful marine products and services they may not have otherwise known existed.

Caveat Emptor. Marine vendors offer advertising and promotional purposes by third party entities . ReelBoating is not liable in any way for deals or communications between parties using this service and will not act as a mediator in any disputes.

•BEST PRACTICES FOR COMMUNICATING WITH MARINE VENDORS ON REELBOATING

•As a user of this forum you may read and reply to posts by Advertisers and even start new threads asking for advice from Marine Industry Vendors or Representatives.

•Marine Industry Vendors can make fee-based advertising posts in this forum directed toward consumer and visitors to ReelBoating. These posts may expire or be deleted at the original post makers request, or if they choose to leave the ad program.

•Please be advised that not all Advertisers in this forum will use their threads as a “question & answer” discussion. Some may choose simply to promote their products. Please respect their decision to do so.

•If you direct a post to a specific Vendor in the program please allow them ample time to respond. Some responses may take up to a week.

•Do not use the ReelBoating Forum as a mediation platform, sounding board, or to resolve issues or disputes with any company. Those issues should be addressed with them by phone or in person.

•Vendors participating in this Ad Program must pass a basic screening before they can post. Only approved and qualified marine industry vendors and merchants are allowed to post to the ReelBoating Forum.

•Only Vendors in this Ad Program are authorized to contact you if requested. Please keep the integrity of our community by reporting any Vendors not in the program who may be contacting you.
