Hi guys and gals

No internet so this update by cell phone . . . will post later with pics

We left Virginia Beach (Dale and Chris Graham, Paul Buske and Seth Levine) around 4:15 AM to bring Miss Cecile to home port in the outer banks

After about 4 1/2 hours @ 20 mph we dropped lines east of Oregon Inlet just outside the 100 fathom line in 63 to 64 degree water. Around 10:00 were had a tripple header of three 50 pound bluefin tuna . . . all were released.

At 12:05 we hooked a single 70 lb bluefin tuna that was released

At 2:15 we were about to quit and complete the trip to Pirates Cove when we got hit hard. The fight lasted 23 minutes and we had a very nice bluefin about 1 1/2 inches short of being a giant. We kept that one Do not know the weight but it was fat

Arrived at the docks and finished cleaning the boat and fish around 6:30.

On Thursday John (JPCanning here on THT) graciously drove us back to Virginia Beach to get the vehicles.

Going fishing Saturday if weather permits.
