A few years ago I saw a 30-34' center console heading out

of Jones Inlet with Homeland Security markings. Funny,

why did a homeland security boat have rocket launchers?!

The only thing I wonder about is the configuration of the legs for the top. It might just be the photos but they look a little close too the seats for me. Could be real head knockers in heavy seas.

It is possible the seats move foward. They seem kind of far back from the controls. Then too, fast and rough you might be standing up in front of the seat using it as a leaning post.

The seats move and they have hydraulic rams to cushion the ride in rough seas.

In all seriousness, I'd bet it was a seized boat that was re-appropriated for their use.
