My guess is that because of a few fanatical extremists' posts in the Bilge dept, somebody at management (IB) decided to shut it down without warning. Lawyers and possibly Federal LE had the site surrounded. Some topics were borderline and direct threats to the current administration. Not to mention testing free speech to the limit. Oh and did I mention the proliferation of hatred? Advertisers steer clear of controversy.

RB is a a "G" rated forum. I like it that way. If you want to spew hate and insult other members, RB is not the place.........just my opinion.

Like all things boating related, I am sure it just broke, the warranty just expired, the guy that can fix it is missing, and the parts are on back order.
