2000 Johnson 150 w/optical sensor--HELP

I bought a Maycraft with a 2000 150 Johnson w/optical sensor. I had it serviced new plugs and carberaters rebuilt at that time. I crank it up at least 2 times a month x 12 months. I use stabil in the gas. Ran fine 1st year. Now It will not run after about 1 mile @ 3500 RPM. After I back off of it and it will cut off and will not restart. Bulb is tight. New optical sensor and fuel lines and filter. I thought it was the power pack. so I replaced it with a new one. It will not even fire up.

All I have to fish in is my Jon boat.

Any suggestions???

If no spark you have to troubleshoot the system instead of "poke and hope" type of fix.

Don't overlook problems in the kill circuit, the black-yellow wire.

Test stator also
