rebuilding kit for fuel pump 115 merc 1990 yr

Why is it so hard to get a merc 115 fuel pump rebuild kit with two right angle elbow for oil injection?

The Kit for the single elbow being slightly different I can get all day no problem.

As you can see the grey house coming in is the fuel in .The two elbows are the oil injection lines and on the right is the fuel line out.They put two different fuel pumps on this engine.Pictures shown is what I have. The other has a single injection line .
