Seriously, I get my boat checked by USCG AUX every spring. Super nice folks and they give great advice.

Yes we did have a safe trip back, it just turned into a 6 hour trip, the rains came just after we entered Ga and I95 came to a crawl, stop, start, I have never figured out why people cannot drive a steady speed in the rain.
