i have a 1999 yamaha 200 efi she starts fine idles good but while underway she bogs down and on a flat calm day she gets up to around 4400 rpm s , throw in a little chop , boat wake she almost stalls out then picks back up again any sugestions ?

Clean your VST filter and OX sensor.
