Trophy Rebuild-doors And Rigging Tube

I finally installed the doors after cutting through some of the thickest fiberglass I have seen.

I also used the rigging flange from TH Marine.

I like that setup with the fuel line outside so you can prime but then merging with the rest of the rigging. Where did you find that? I just redid mine and used a expandable mesh (sort of like a finger trap) that I can squeeze the primer bulb through. It's not perfect but works.

Here you go. there are 2 parts to the system. the flange and the rigging flange. I also installed a hydraulic bulk heading fiiting for the steering. I twas was really pricey ($78), but worth it.

Thanks. Too bad I have to pull the motor to redo it (cable steering won't slide while hung). Next time I guess.
