Hi, can anyone tell me if a pontoon that was set up for a 35 hp mercury outboard will accept a 25 hp johnson outboard without a whole lot of changes or do you have to buy all new controls? the reason Im asking is I have the johnson and am thinking about buying the pontoon, also I understand there are long and short shaft motors, how do I know which i have and which one i need? thank you, ninerx15
