I'm curious--How Many Have an EPIRB?

PLB w/ GPS, 4man coastal liferaft, handheld backup radio and GPS, and auto inflate life vests on all passengers at all times. I also carry two first aid kits. I like the PLB cause I can take it hunting or fishing. -

I'm looking for some of the "comfortable collar" PFDs. Want to make sure everyone will wear it at all times. Apparently, diving under an overturned boat to retrieve a life jacket doesn't work to well.
