  1. first buy a repair manual for your engines. get familar with the basics eg tune-ups, lower gear,cable adjusments and so on.load test batteries clean all electrical connections gnds & positives .turn every switch on make sure every turns on. make sure the switch have a positive engagement. if you have any questions just shoot an e-mail and we'll see if we can get together.
  2. if your worried about water in the hull do what i did remove the drain plug tube get the bow high let it drain and istall a new tube. while it drains repair any screw holes on the deck or gunnels. I did it to my 1971 katama (newport hull)
