Most of the big CC's running BIG out boards spend much of there time int the AIR , those guys run those big boys at 50+ MPH [ your not doing that in a common diesel ] so basically they THRASH the snot out of their motors. The bigger OB's on work and pleasure boats last thousands of hours.

This is what's on THT.... A lot of people are reporting problems logging on after the site went down on Friday. The tech folks are working on the problem, but we have not been able to get any real answer as to what it takes to fix it. There are people who can log on using a wireless connection, but not a wired one and others who can only log on with things like an iphone. I just read a account of a forum FRIEND up in Washington state that got to use his DSC button this last Sunday morning [ Ripped the bottom out of his hull out in the middle of nowhere. After he hit the button he said WITHIN MINUTES there were 6 boats at his side . they did get his boat to dry dock after a bunch of fun and games [ In Canada was cruzing ] A EPIRB calls the CG but the DSC lets everyone know [ that has one ] of your situation. Guys if you have one HOOK IT UP , Is whats funny is I ordered a cable for my furuno two days before Steves accident . If you belong to BoatUS they will help and get your MMSI number for you . You could probably make a killing if you could put on smaller boat shows around the country that did not cost the Vendors 10 to 20 thousand for a booth. Then specialize the shows with certain size/class boats . I'm talking about finding a Parking lot, a Farm, A field, something that can be set up cheap to show boats. I don't care about 100' yachts , food processors or hunting packages , I want to see BOATS I CAN AFFORD. Like 20 to 30 foot boats at one show [ Stuff we can afford ] 30's to 40's at the next and so on ....

The BEST way to sell boats is to talk to BOAT OWNERS and what better place to find some boat owners to talk to... A BOATING WEB SITE like this one. So far www.ReelBoating.com has Owners that support EVERY brand out there or the owners know someone that does.

Oreely, YES, they get hot sitting on a trailer to fix that .....Put it in the water. Boat sales have been down for everyone for the last 2-3 years . ALLOY down under is moving VERY WELL right now and the builders I talk to in the Southern and north western USA on a regular bases are building but would like to be busier.

The in house LIKE button is cool , it's a way to tell some one that you like there post with out making a big deal about it.

Tim THANKS for coming down on such short notice . It was good to fish with ya again . I have NEVER seen ANYONE nail a GRATE FISH like that before , after it finally pulled loose from the bottom I noticed the your Gear is top notch as it would have broke/broke off using lesser quality gear and of course your SKILL as a WORLD CLASS angler is at least 50% of the game . No really , Thanks for all your help [ AND GEAR ] it is great to have someone that knows what they are doing on my boat.
