If it's a ball valve mounted on a through hull, unscrew it, throw it away and mount a true seacock in it's place. If the boat is in the water , use a plumbers helper on the outside under water to keep the water from flooding your boat. In either case , REPLACE THE SEACOCK....

thtmod4 , You sir have way over stepped your bounds and have been reported to the Admin. It takes a lot of balls or a very stupid person to join another forum and make threats , you might want to get with Wiley and talk about this.

I got to see some of Curtis' work last weekend and , OH MY GOD , it is way COOL. I can tell you this , there is a bunch of time that goes into this art and not two will ever be the same , each one is unique in color due to the metal it's made from . Until the final process is done it's like waiting for a Christmas present to be opened . Guys , there is no paint on these , it's what he does with the metal that makes the colors. I want one and I do like the Wahoo.

I would do as Big Tom says and get rid of the tank of fuel you have now , clean the tank , change the filters and if your a carbed motor you may have to have the carbs cleaned. Good luck and have a Safe 4th.

Bad bubble/fuel line/sucking air, clogged filter, bad pick up tube in the fuel tank, loose fuel line connection. If it doesn't cough and idle or mid range throttle and only at High Speed , I would say filters.
