  1. I like Reel boating better. I do agree that the site is young enough to change the name if necessary. Joe boater would make me feel less important than I already am . Best of luck in your decision. Would this make my Reel Boating t-shirt a collectors item? PD
  2. "Step or to" = two.... context is a bit$h
  3. This is totally off base and (pui) but that would make the most amazing rich kid tree house EVER! PD
  4. I agree, some sort of housing would be needed to place it near the trolling motor. Why not just have a remote control to the trolling motor placed at the helm? Nice looking boat, what kind of fishing is it intended for? T-Top? What are the future plans for the beast? PD
  5. I could be totally wrong but I think he said somewhere that the 3rd unit was near the trolling motor??? Other than that I got nothing. PD
  6. Good to know, I assumed it was like a typical "night" vision, not thermal... Pretty sweet! X2 on the inverted mount for the spot on the bow rail! I mounted a set of Hella spreaders on the front of my t-top and removed them a day later after the install. way too much glare. I have a much smaller boat than you Aug, but I would reco getting the light as far forward and as low as possible. PD (PUI)
  7. I thought you mentioned you would be purchasing a "flir" system in the coming months. Would the spot be for redundancy? PD
  8. For those that have not had experience with methyl ethyl ketone, lets just say don't smoke a cigarette and play with it! That stuff would clean anything in the world. And about 4 oz. in a 20 oz bottle thrown into a fire put me (240 lbs) on my butt! Good times. PD
  9. Wonder if Charlie Strong is kicking rocks and spitting nails right now??
  10. Apparently he has some existing health issues and was taken to the hospital after the SEC championship game. I am a Gator fan and this is not good news at all. I wish him the best! PD
  11. Ok It's on. I say we play "I/eye spy" on Kingairs webcam! http://www.kingair.linksys-cam.com:1024/img/main.cgi?next_file=main.htm I'm about as useful as a football bat or teets on a bull right meow. The pup is looking at me like I just farted a roman candle and I still have about 3/4 case of the brew ha left. When that is done then I will begin the destruction of the "green" label Jack. :1992_beer_cheer: :1992_beer_cheer: Anyone still up?
  12. does that come with a book light if I respond in the next 20 minutes???
  13. PS no wrecks as of yet. I've gotta either get a hobby or quit drinking. Looks like I've found a hobby.
  14. How bad is it that I watched this for about an hour earlier... It's saturday night and I am watching cars drive in the snow wondering if one will start sliding when they hit the brakes. Nice resolution on the cam by the way!
  15. Taddy Porter. (For the record, I acknowledged the fact that "I" was missing in my post which totally makes it all better Just Kidding
  16. The front hitch is an interesting idea, but wouldn't it take all the weight off of the drive wheels???
  17. X2 on keeping the current rig and buying whatever you prefer. I will always have a 4wd handy for the local ramp. Never forget, low-tide isn't just a beautiful smell, it's also a bad time to haul the boat
  18. If you like beer, try "Gordon Ale" from the Oskar Blues Distillery! Its quite nice. Ps David, I can get that XR at a pretty good price, even then its nowhere near my range! Hold out, be strong And in approximately 2 hours I will begin Drunk Dialing. It's a sport.
