  1. Nope it was not a member. We are getting ready to deliver the boat this week and I am going to be at the facility for a staff meeting on Friday. The new owner had some interesting mods done and I'll get some pictures and post them if you are interested. Jon
  2. Thanks for all the kind words from everyone. The boat was sold yesterday. Thanks again... Jon
  3. Thanks, We have some that have been rigged with twin 300's and they all run in the 50-55 range. As far as the weight is concerned, the boat pictured, fully rigged, weighs 8,800lbs on our very accurate digital scales. The accuracy of other builders numbers and what a comparably sized and rigged boat would weigh is something I could only speculate on... So, my speculation would be that we are about 3500 / 4000 lbs less. What is more significant is that the speed we reach, which is about the same for other twin engined Center Consoles in that size range, is done with the RAC hull having significantly more deadrise than the other vessels. Thanks again Jon
  4. ???? Not quite sure how that is supposed to work for me? Maybe, you (or anyone) could 'splain this to me... Befuddled in Stuart. Jon
  5. Not sure how the livewell space numbers got messed up... ??? The main in-deck well is 110 gallons (32x34x23, see attached construction picture) and fully pressurizes when needed. There are two other pitch wells, one in each corner that are 15 gallons each and they pressurize too. That's a total of 140 gallons. And then there are the two built in tuna tubes. There are a total of four Rule Tournament series pumps feeding the system. I can't really speculate as to the speeds or fuel burn. If you really want to come down and see the boat just shoot me an email... Regards Jon
  6. Being as how the Memorial Day weekend is coming up, I have an idea that is focused on helping our SOF personnel who are at the "Tip of The Spear". To do that I am upping the ante, so to speak. To the lucky person who steps up, this is what I am committing too. For every dollar (Max of $25K) you donate to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation : ( http://www.specialops.org ) we will reduce the price of the vessel on a dollar for dollar basis. Please remember that your donation is tax deductible. What do you all think about this? Jon FYI: SOF = Special Operations Forces
  7. Here is an article from it's predecessor. I am not positive if the implementation of Kevlar still remains in this model, but I do believe it to be so!!! http://www.yachtingmagazine.com/article/Revenge-35-Light-Tackle The boat is epoxy pre-preg with a Kevlar-Glass hybrid fabric. So you are correct sir! as Ed McMahon used to say to Johnny... Jon
  8. See edits above to fix typo's... Edits are underlined and in the first three sentences at the top of the page.
  9. Wiley Comments from some of my guy's are that the banner "Buy This Boat" make them think it's the boat in the picture. Suggest "Buy a 2010 Revenge 35LT at an amazing price..." Also where you say "And you can try this" how about: "And we get to try and break this!" Watchathink???
  10. That's been done... ONR has at one point or another tried it all. What does hold promise is the eventual development of a material that will mimic the properties of a dolphins skin (Yes, it's being worked on by the Government). On a really fair bottom (think Americas Cup fair) an 800 to 1200 grit surface with Rain-Ex has some benefit. The downside... You would have to apply the Rain-Ex daily. Jon
