  1. The Homosassa rocks are starting to take their toll on my prop. Right now I have a Mirage 15.5 X 17 and I have no complaints about the performance BUT being a boater I'm always looking for a little more. How would the Enertia 14.625 X 17 compare? It is 1 inch smaller but I'm not technical enough to know what that affects. The boat is a 2004 Trophy 2103 with a Mercaha 225 four stroke.
  2. X2................ With the 225 mine runs 40 knots. I can't imagine how much fun it would be with a 300 on the back. I'd buy his in a heartbeat but I have my heart set on a SeaVee in the near future.
  3. Boat #1 Trophy Pro 2103 with Mercaha 225 (don't laugh, it's paid for) Boat #2 Tracker pontoon.
  4. Warning......strong language. Turn your speakers down if you are at work.
  5. My new toy. Back seat fold down which is great for hauling the cooler and gear from the house to the boat.
  6. OK, here is one. I have a 2004 Navman 5500 chart ploter that takes nt+ cards. Is it worth while to upgrade to a newer Northstar unit like the 5505 that takes MAX cards? The 5500 still works great.
  7. My name is Murray and I am a boataholic. I had joined up at THT but since I was new I pretty much was under the radar. I have not been around my computer much the last few months but I loved hanging out and watching the Inletcam when Wiley first started it. I'm not a very serious person and not real techincal but I love being in my boat and hanging around boaters so hopefully I will fit in around here. I fish a bit but my family and friends like to hang around in the springs at Homosassa so come this summer I hope to take some pictures of the PYT's that are everywhere when the weather is warm. We put in and ran the St. Johns this weekend and ended up at Silver Glen springs. The Beer was cold, the weather was warm but unless you like 400 pounders with a tramp stamp the scenery was not great so I don't have any pictures.
  8. My goals are the same as every other year. I will continue to pursue the three B's. Boats, beer and boobs. I might fish a little too.
