  1. Place them in a pillowcase and throw them in the washer. Use Dreft detergent and a fabric softener. Leave them in the sun to dry. The sun will bleach out most stains that remain. Bob
  2. The 303 fabric guard is the best product to use. It does not contain any silicones like several of the other waterproofing products. Any products that contain silicones can cause several problems related to their use. Bob
  3. I'd suggest that you contact a couple of well respected tile suppliers in your area about the problem and go with their recommendation. I would rather apply a topical coating a few times a year vs screwing up a perfectly good tile patio. Forget the sand idea.
  4. I'd like to see you throttle down a little more when leaving and returning. We're catching a pretty big wake. Bob
