It's a double edged sword, dammed if you do, same if you don't. Boat builder finds defect and repairs it, owner complaints he wasn't consulted before doing repairs. On the other hand, if they didn't do the repair, then the complaint would have been something like 'builder had boat in the factory for x amount of time and didn't notice defect...' Can't win either way... Seems to me the builder in question is doing the right thing, may be a little better communication would have helped.

Self surgery, impressive. I wonder if that's covered under the new Health Plan??

Have had it for awhile now, agree it's a cool back up. Updates take a loooong time and it's not water friendly. I ordered today an 'aquapac', will let you guys now how it works when it comes in. Jorge

Do not have the nail removed! There are no guarantees. Lamisil works and it's now in generic and much more affordable. Still need to have blood work to monitor liver. Best treatment?-combination of oral and topical. Stay on the topical as long as you can afterward to prevent it from coming back. If girlfriend has it, both should be treated at the same time. One last thing, GROSS pic.

Well, I had to replace the 2 Exide Nautilus plus batteries in the KW after 18 months of use. Went to the local Sears and bought 2 Die Hards marine/rv group 27 for $89 each. Lets see how they do...Question- the KW does not have an onboard charger, should I add one? Is that better than the 'marine' charger that I connect directly to the batteries? Or is it just more convenient? Thanks.

Why wouldn't you want to 'network'? Is the Furuno ff and radar better than the corresponding Garmins? Why not get 2 Garmins or 2 Furunos? Just wondering?
