Count me in as I got it as well..... and I'm ALWAYS the last one to know anything. Hey, maybe I'm movin' up in the cyber-world.... Anyway, I sure do feel bad about ol' Tred. I've NEVER heard of the type of thing that happened to him. SCARY!~ Prayers to him and his family.

Whenever I'm shopping online I do a "google" search for what I'm looking for - ie: Lowe's coupons and promo codes, then I go from there searching for the best deal. Sometimes the best ones are the ones that offer free shipping - unless you happen to be having them shipped TO the Lowe's store for you to pick up. Also try going to Ultimate Coupons.com - good suggestions there. AND - do you have a Lowe's credit card? Having one will knock 10% off your purchase. That's how I did whenever I bought our dishwasher a couple of years ago. Of course the "trick" there is pay off the card when you get the bill. Anyway - short of all of donning a mask and running through the store like a madman, I'm out of ideas.

DOH~!!! Oh, well......just tell her you were thinkin' of HER and that it was part of her Mother's Day gift - a nice WARM dip in the pool to relax.....

While I feel most of ya'll's pain, I must say that I have to agree with Welder (which is something I try NOT to do very often - HA). I do ALL of the shoppin' and it works out fine. In fact, Welder's wife and I go together a lot of the time. Best time to go (at least for a workin' woman) is around 7-8am. on Sat. mornin'. Not too many idiots out at that time of the day (except ME!) so crusin' the aisles and gettin' thru a checkout lane doesn't seem to be too much hassle. BTW ~ I'm one of those that still writes checks but the good news is - at our WM stores you only have to hand them the check and tell them that it's for the amount of sale. They run it through the machine and hand it back to you with the receipt. No filling it out.

She seems to be one of those who allowed herself to become defined by what happened to her in the past. I really did like her as an actress back in the day. Remember her in that flick with Harrison Ford where she played the Amish girl.....The Witness, I think was the name. Great movie.

redfish44 - if you have an open area you might try putting up a Martin house. We have 2 on opposite sides of our property and we have LOTS of Martins. They're great for eating mosquitos and a LOT of fun to watch.

I vote for nixxing ANY kind of transaction whereby you have to ship something overseas. NOT worth the hassle. My theory is - if it can't be done within a reasonable mileage range then forget it. Whatever it is that you're selling is more than likely available overseas to that other guy anyway.... and if it's NOT, oh, well, he probably doesn't need it anyway. Just my .02

The REALLY FRIGHTENING side of things is that there's a guy out there that thinks he looks COOL~! That guy is CLEARLY warding off not only vampires but WOMEN.........and anything ELSE that might wander into his path ~ Note to Wiley - need to add the emoticon that's hurling.

Bottom line is ~ NO FIGHTING IN THE CAR!!! IT DISTRACTS THE DRIVER!!!! Whatever works with the age of person you're having to deal with is what I say~
