  1. My lettering came off with a pressure washer, not planned.
  2. I dock in the Merrimac River. The docks are ready and the boat will be in the water this week.
  3. I installed the POLY-PLANAR MP3-KIT on my Key West 23WA. The amp is under the console and there is a small input plug and a volume control on the dash. I use a plastic protector case for the Ipod and some Velcro for an easy installation. The sound is clear, the price is right, and it does not draw much power. It not LOUD, but I can listen while under way, and is more than enough while anchored. No radio, but I don't miss it. $100 for the kit: http://www.manventureoutpost.com/marine/in...roducts_id=4163
  4. I had 6 feet of 5/16" and had problems hooking up in a current. I upgraded to 18 feet of 5/16" and never had a problem on my Key West 2300WA. I like the Home Depot suggestion.
  5. Boat name: Bling. Not a blingy boat, but I'm a jeweler so bling pays for the boat. Handle name has to do with my docking skills.
  6. I recommend cutters that will easily cut through the largest hook you have on board. Mine are called "The Maronies". Named after the guy who usually gets a hook in his palm.
