My comment: "More government regulations and rules along with their accompanying fines and penalties for violation and increased taxes to pay for enforcement are unwelcome and unwise in my view. This proposal along with an expected future push for mandatory life jacket wear for everyone while underway will simply make it an easier decision for me to sell the boat and find a less expensive hobby".
