I have always had glass boats but am intrigued by alloy. I mix wet slipping with a lift and wonder how the alloy takes the salt. Are there extra concerns with electolysis?

One person made a mint comment thats about all I have seen. It is a shame that there is not more discourse here. One thing I have seen is that those few banned from over there are super sensitive and seem to have forgotten the nature of their own posts through the years. Very sterile.

I have always had Johnson/Evinrudes. I run a 200 brpinrude now. I am happy with it. I think e10 and emm's make things a bit sensitive. Most motors today require more attention than in the old days.

Is it an outboard? Def. could be bad gas or a carb problem. Take a gas sample and look for separation. Stabil will not prevent phase separation in e10

I agree. I did not think queer was a bad word in the bilge but apparently the person has friends. I spent 90% of my time topside, so 30 days in band camp over that makes me not wanna go back. Yep, the Mods are very active now. The worst part is they seem to play favorites. I got banned for referencing that 80's tune "Johhny are you queer" in the bilge in reference to this rabid foul mouthed poster. I have seen much worse in the forum let alone the statements and pics posted in the bilge. Seems everyone is a Mod but they also post under a screen name. Joe, you get more attention there than anyone else but I rarely have seen you post. Anyway, I hope traffic picks up here

Looking for info on Stratos boats. I know that they were made by OMC who eventually stopped the Bluewatar line. The bass boats live on. Any info about construction, durability, history etc is appreciated.
