  1. I am also surprised at the lack of interest. When I was looking for a boat, they were high on the list. They are tough, simple, seaworthy little boats. I got something else a little larger with an enclosed cabin.
  2. I live in Florida and have a dual axel trailer for my boat. I wasn't aware of that law. Fortunately, I have disc brakes on both axels.
  3. I'm doing my part for the economy. I just bought a 23 ft Cape Cruiser.
  4. I have a similar size boat and tow it with an F250 with the V10 engine. No problem at all.
  5. It is hard to lose a good friend. I'm sorry for your loss.
  6. Thanks. How long does it take to pump one up?
  7. Just wondering why the sale? Did you replace it with something else? I am going to have to get a dingy, and I was wondering about the pros and cons of the different styles.
  8. I like the water and the sunset in the first one.
  9. You are not a red neck. You are suffering from MBS, multiple boat syndrome.
  10. That reminds me of Joan Rivers and the Geico commercial.
  11. Apparently some people must be constantly retrained.
  12. CaptWill I don't bother to carry my DD214 around. I carry a Veterans Universal Access Identification card that I got at the VA hospital. Dave
  13. I remember talking to you, your wife, and grandsons. It looks like you had a safe 5 hour trip back to Georgia.
  14. Thanks for the nice words. Lets take her out after it stops raining here.
  15. I had mine Saturday. I got my sticker.
  16. Check out the book Prefabulous by Sherri Koones. (The house of your dreams, delivered fresh from the factory)
  17. For all intents and purposes the Fast Find PLB is the same as an EPIRB. The PLB is a device registered to a person instead of a specific boat. You can take it with you on any boat. The Fast Find has an internal GPS unit and transmits on both 406.037 MHz and 121.5 MHz. An EPIRB will tramsmit for at least 48 hours ,while the PLB only must transmit for at least 24 hours. If I ever have to activate it, I hope they get to me way before the battery dies.
  18. WOW!!!!! Isn't it nice to have a vendor acknowledge our observations and areas for improvement(complaints), and then actually do something about it.
