    capt alex on the " showtime" out of morgan marina. light tackle on a yellowfin.

    went out solo from point pleasant nj yesterday for my 2nd trip of the season. ( 1st trip was bad). made a left out of the inlet and there were schools of bunker everywhere immediately. went up about a mile and found a school with no other boats around. using my small spinner i tied my snaghook to 3' fluoro then directly to the braid. i snagged a bunker and just let it stay out there within 5 mins, BAM !! boated my 1st striper, 41" and fat. snagged another 15 mins later BAM! 39" .......next 2 hours steady action. total i went 9 for 12. the 1st was the biggest but the rest werent much smaller. what a great morning !!!

    " tile wave " am a tile contractor, simple play on words from tidal wave . i bought my boat used old name was " bait waster " that was a pretty good name.
