Biased opinion here. I've lived here my whole life and love the area. It has REALLY grown over the last 20 years. I do not have kids yet so I don't know much about the school system. There are a lot of good schools here and as cablemaker mentioned, they are constantly shifting kids around. If you are looking at Apex, check out Holly Springs too. When I was a kid, Holly Springs was nothing. It is growing at an incredible rate now. There are a lot of new schools going up in that area. Let us know if you have any other questions. Good Luck!

Pretty boat 'Spot. My FIL just got a 21' and so far loves it. I've only been on it once, but I really liked what I saw. I know it is not the same length as the boat you are looking at, but if you want to come by and take a look, the boat is at AB.

I rarely go to the movies..............but I would go back to see that one again.

Agree with you guys on Anchorage and Freemans. Best guy to buy live bait from is Sonny with Capt. Stacy. He usually sells bait early in the morning on the west side of the no wake zone in a blue boat. I'm not sure what you would call the style of the boat though. All I can tell you is that it is blue, has a bimini top over the wheel, and usually has 3 or 4 dogs on board. If you get out a little late, he will be at the fishing center, not on the boat. Fishing center is a couple of minutes away from Anchorage by boat.

What do you guys think about this one? I was tinkering around in the boat this weekend and came across an issue with my trim switch. I can trim the motor up with both the switch on the throttle and the switch on the outboard itself. Problem is that neither switch will trim the motor down. I left the motor trimmed up and went back into the house to grab some lunch. I came back out after about 45 minutes to manually lower the motor and found the motor trimmed all the way down with the trim motor still running. Sound like a short in a relay? Bad solenoid? Thanks for any help fellas.
