Oh yeah I am deffinatly going to sea test first. Right now I am doing all my research while I am waiting for my bay boat to sell. It is a 240 Triton LTS and I bought it as a all in one boat but that just does not work well. I want to get a offshore boat then later get a small boat for the river and sound.

I am looking to upgrade from a 24ft bay boat and was looking at a Fountain 31 TE. I will be putting in at Oregon Inlet NC so would this be good enough to run offshore. How is the ride on this boat? Especially in rough stuff.
