    they are lucky you reaired the fence and are giving them the opportunity to pay you rather than filing a claim with their insurance company. their insurance is gonna take a hit anyway, but a property damage claim/acdident with the dui wouldn't help. also, whatever plea/program he gets from the court would more than likely either notify you as an aggrieved party where you could request restitution or the court would just order it in exchange for the program that the little brat gets. I am sure that you had something better to do than repair your fence.

    After dinner is sambuca for me with dessert. Normal evening would be a vodka drink before dinner, red wine with dinner (regardless of the dish) and then maybe one more glass of wine. But if it is a "dinner" then the buca with dessert after dinner. Cheers!

    Discretion starts on the street with the police and then goes to the prosecutor before formal charges are filed. This guy had more responsibility than he could handle. A badge and a gun and he was the MAN IN CHARGE. Good riddens.

    i saw a pro sport new for sale and was not impressed as the hardware was rusting. I bought a six year old hydra sport and still have no rust on the hardware. that was five years ago now.

    Am I too late for the first etec vs. yam vs. merc thread? Was just down to SC (burr!) for a long golf weekend with the guys and caught the new etec infomercial. Some chilly mornings las Thur thru Sunday down in Pawleys Isalnd. Looks and sounds as impressive as ever, the etec. Well, have at it boys.
