Guys and Gals I don't know what to say but the Dolphin bite off of North Carolina is RED RED RED HOT!!!!! What else can you say about that subject. We went out of OI and had we opted to stop Dolphin fishing at 11am and do a little Marlin fishing. Just couldn't even get the fourth line in the water dolphin fishing !! I have fished a lot of places for dolphin but I have never seen anything like the Dolphin fishing going on over the past few weeks...... Cant help you with the inshore but Dolphin Wahoo and tunas are the game right now. Oi has had a smokin tuna bite the past few days. You might want to head up to OI for one day. Head 90 out 32 miles and drop them in....Mark

LB, What broke on the lift? Was it the Galvanized Cable or another part of the lift? How old was the lift? Thanks Mark.

Thanks for the compliments. I have done video for a while but never digital until a few years ago. BluewaterPirate helped me out quite a bit when I first decided to do some video on the boat. The problem on most boats as everyone knows is who is going to shoot video?? When we go out I only have three on the boat two crew and myself. This doesnt leave any free hands to video. I ended up making a remote Pan and Tilt mount for my camera. I mounted the setup under the T-Top as far forward as I could. It is a friction mount so I can just slide the mount in and out. The power for the pan and tilt is hard wired and the remote for the pan and tilt it hard wired. I am using a Cannon HV20 Camera with a wide angle lens as well as a polarizing lens. I like shooting on tape so I use Mini DVDs. I shoot in HD at 24 frames per second. Here is a photo of the setup. Some of you have seen this before!! Camera setup: Friction Mount:

Hey guys anyone here towing a boat with a total height right at 13' ? Just finished up the radar and I am looking at 13'. Any problems with phone or cable lines coming into play? I know truckers are to stay under 13'6" and don't seem to have any problems. I will be heading up I-95 then 64 to Wanchese to put the boat back on the lift. Thanks Mark
