Hi everyone, I was selecting a trolling motor for my boat. Having checked its weight and specs, I believe that 60-80 lbs is the right thrust.

I was checking reviews online and came across 2 variants that seemed interesting to me.

1) Minn Kota Fortrex 80 Bow-Mount Trolling Motor on Amazon (~$1K)

2) Motor Guide X5 trolling motor in a shop Boat ID ($950)

I know, that both brands are good (at least that's what their reviews say), yet I cannot decide, which 1 to select for myself, as their technical characteristics, warranty and prices are pretty much similar, you see.

Any help and comments are appreciated!
