cats are feral by nature and there isn't anythingn that your neighbor can do

I had the same problem last year with the addition of a few dead mice and a dead baby squirrel. Some DNA stains needed to be cleaned.

Come by my house and get the 2 cats in our yard while you are at it, hell mine won't even get in the road and get run over like all the others.

They do love it when I clean fish at home though

Please just leave the cat alone they don't understand that they are on your property.

One the other hand talk to the cat's owner and show him boat, ask him if he would mine helping you cleaning it since it was his cat and the cat did not know better. A human should understand the issue and be a good neighbor.

Please don't be a bully and pick on the small dumb cat, you are better than that.

Used some good old classical conditioning on them. Got rid of 3 cats that I know of and they have not been back.

Maybe he should get rid of some dogs as well, take them from thier home and leave them lost in some unknown area?

I liked the duct tape part better than the electric mats.
